Delivery Damage

Damage on delivery inspection such as frames, trays, roofs, paintwork, scratches. Always supply pictures in the first instance. Very important claims cannot be entertained after build has commenced.
Missing items please be as specific as possible. Check instructions to build part numbers for exact item required.

Serviceable Items Not Covered Under Warranty

Your warranty covers manufacturing faults / makers failures only. They will not be able to assist with anything else. Items as broken shelfs & the supports, seized water taps through calcium build up, bubbling paint around tap knobs only ever caused by cleaning fluids, assembly water leaks, shower tray waste tops cracked, low water pressure, and others are service items and not supported by free warranty replacement. Customer Service can however advise on purchase and any part required.
